It was my pleasure to bump into a plethora of Southam College students this weekend at Barkers’ Butts Rugby Club, where Warwickshire Teams were competing in Cup and Plate finals for Years 9, 10 and 11. 

Students representing Harbury RFC, Old Leamingtonians RFC and Leamington RFC showed real resilience and team work, with their family and friends creating an atmosphere of friendly competition.  Well done to all teams that made it to the Finals Day and the Southam College students within them for a great display of competitive rugby, I was proud to see some of your efforts outside of school.  Photo of Callum (Year 11) who, alongside his team, won the U16 County Shield.
